两种术式治疗大隐静脉曲张疗效分析

Analysis on efficacy of two types of operation in treating varicose great saphenous vein

目的:探讨大隐静脉曲张根治手术方法。方法:2003年1月～2008年1月,采用大隐静脉高位结扎、分段结扎加经皮缝扎术治疗大隐静脉曲张143例(A组),与传统的大隐静脉曲张根治性手术治疗143例(B组)进行比较。结果:其中住院期间3例切口感染,A组1例,B组2例,均经换药后愈合,延期出院。随访263例病人,A组133例,B组130例,A组局部复发3例,B组局部复发4例,其他临床症状、体征消失,效果满意。结论:大隐静脉高位结扎、分段结扎加经皮缝扎术具有手术易于操作,手术步骤简单,创伤小,恢复快,根治效果佳等优点,是安全有效的方法。

Objective：To explore the great saphenous varicose veins radical surgical methods. Methods：From January 2003 to January 2008 ,the great saphenous vein ligation and subparagraph percutaneous suturing ligation were used for the treatment of 143 cases of varicose great saphenous vein （group A） and compared with the traditional radical varicose great saphenous vein surgery （group B 143 cases）. Results：All patients were recovered and discharged from hospital. There were three cases of hospital infection of ineisional wound, 1 cases in group A,two eases in group B, healed after dressing change,extension discharge.Followed-up 263 eases, 133 eases in group A, 130 cases in group B. Group A had local recurrence in 3 eases,group B had four eases,and other clinical symptoms and signs disappeared with satisfactory result. Conclusion：Saphenous vein ligation and ligation subparagraph percutaneous suturing techniques are easy to operate with simple surgical procedures,little trauma,quick recovery,and good radical effect radical. They are safe and effective methods.
