苍耳子鼻炎胶囊在鼻内镜术后的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of Changerzi Sinusitis Capsule after endoscopic sinus surgery

目的:探讨慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉经鼻内镜鼻窦开放术后应用苍耳子鼻炎胶囊治疗的疗效。方法:采用随机对照试验,60例患者分为试验组(术后应用苍耳子鼻炎胶囊)和对照组,每组30例,观察随访半年。结果:术后疗效比较:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为86.7%,经卡方检验,P<0.05。结论:苍耳子鼻炎胶囊可明显改善术后患者症状与体征。

Objective：To observe the curative effect on chronic sinusitis by using Changerzi Sinusitis Capsule after endoscopic rhinopolypus surgery. Methods：The stochastic comparison experiment was performed. 30 cases were the test group （using Changerzi Sinusitis Capsule after the surgery）, and the other 30 cases were the contrast group.All of them were observed for half a year. Results：The curative effect rate after surgery in the test group was 93.3% and 86.7% in the contrast group with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Changerzi Sinusitis Capsule can significantly improve symptoms after surgery.
