摘要
目的:总结重症哮喘患者的护理经验。方法:回顾分析60例重症哮喘患者的临床护理资料。结果:60例重症哮喘患者中除1例多器官功能衰竭患者死亡之外,其余8～24 d治愈或缓解出院。结论:重症哮喘患者的护理重点在于严密观察病情变化,合理使用氧疗、药物、呼吸机等措施。
Objective：To sum up the experience of the care of the patients with severe asthma. Methods：The care of 60 patients with severe asthma was analyzed retrospectively. Results：In addition to a case died of muhiple organ failure,others were cured or the discharged with mitigation on 8-24 d. Conclusion：The emphasisses of nursing of the patients with severe asthma are the close observation of changes in conditions, the rational use of oxygen therapy, drugs and respirator.
