摘要
研究了金属型可锻铸铁退火过程,结果表明,与砂型铸件相比,第一阶段石墨化退火由2h减少至45min;第二阶段石墨化退火时间由7h50min缩短至5h50min。
The annealing process for malleable cast iron in permanent mould has been studied. The results show that the first stage graphitization annealing time is decreased from 2 h to 45 min, and the second stage graphitization annealing time is shortened from 7 h 50 min to 5 h 50 min in comparison with malleable cast iron in sand mould.
