超敏C-反应蛋白检测在新生儿感染性疾病诊疗中的应用

Application of hypersensitivity C-reative protein to detect neonatal infectious diseases

目的:探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)含量与新生儿感染性疾病的关系及临床利用价值。方法:对在我院新生儿科病房出生两周内的212例新生儿分组进行Hs-CRP的检测。结果:治疗前细菌感染组(A组)Hs-CRP含量明显高于非细菌性感染组(B组)及对照组(C组),P<0.05差异有显著性;B组与C组仍差异无显著性。结论:Hs-CRP可做为诊断新生儿早期细菌性感染的重要指标之一,动态监测其含量可做为判断细菌感染性疾病疗效的依据。

Objective：To explore the clinical value of hypersensitiity C-reactive protein （hsCRP） and the relationship between hsCRP content and neonatal infectious diseases. Methods：To detect hsCRP in 212 neonate who were born within two weeks in the department of neonatology in our hospital. Results：In pre-treatment of bacterial infection group （A group） hsCRP content was significantly higher than non-bacterial infection group（B group） and the control group（C group）, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. There was no significant difference between B group and C group. Conclusion：hsCRP can be used as an early important diagnosis indicators of neonatal bacterial infections. Dynamic monitoring hsCRP content can be used as the evidence of heahng effect of bacterial infections.
