手术全期护理流程再造在手术患者中的应用研究

Study on the application of perioperative nursing process reengineering in operation patients

目的:探讨手术全期护理流程再造在手术患者中的效果。方法:将120例手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组患者采用常规护理;观察组患者采用手术全期护理流程再造护理方法,分术前访视、术中护理、术后随访三个阶段进行护理,比较两组患者焦虑值、心理状态、血压、心率以及患者的满意度。结果:观察组焦虑值明显低于对照组(P<0.01),观察组收缩压及心率明显低于对照组(P<0.01);术后3天观察组心理状态评分优于对照组(均P<0.01);患者满意度优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:手术全期护理流程再造能有效缓解手术患者术前焦虑,减少血压及心率波动,提高患者的满意度,使患者获得最佳的护理服务。

Objective：To explore the effect of perioperative nursing process reengineering in the postoperative patients. Methods： 120 operation patients were randomly divided into the observing group and the control group,each group had 60 patients.The control group was given conventional nursing.The patients in the observing group were given perioperativ nursing process reengineering,interview before operation, nursing during operation and interview after operation.To compare anxiety, psychological sate, blood pressure, heart rate and satisfaction of the patients in two groups. Results： Anxiety, systolic pressure and heart rate of the observing group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.01）.The psychological state score was better compared to the control group（P〈0.01） and satisfaction of the patients in the observing group three days after operation was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Perioperative nursing process reengineering can release anxiety of the patients effectually ,decrease undulation of the blood pressure and the heart rate, make the patients acquire the best medical treatment and nursing service.
