12例重症肌无力伴胸腺瘤的综合治疗体会
摘要
重症肌无力（Myasmenia gravis，MG）中9．0％-35．3％者伴有胸腺瘤。我们选择两院从2003年1月-2008年1月共收治的32例重症肌无力患者，其中经X线片、CT和MRI像学诊断为胸腺瘤12例（37．5％），经综合治疗，取得较好的治疗效果，现报道如下。
