中厚板淬火冷却过程温度场热应力场数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 建立了中厚板淬火冷却过程温度场、热应力场数学模型,通过有限元数值模拟方法,研究了中厚板无约束淬火过程温度场、热应力场变化情况,为优化中厚板淬火工艺,保证淬火质量提供依据。 Based on establishing the mathematical model, temperature field and thermal stress field of heavy plate in quench cooling process were studied. The result provides effective basis for optimizing quenching craft, and guarantees the quenching quality of plate.
