摘要
对高温磷化工艺及磷化成膜机理进行了理论分析。在大量实验的基础上,探讨了铁路货车轴承零件在高温磷化过程中,磷化组份和磷化工艺条件对磷化速度及磷化膜耐蚀性的影响。分析讨论了锰系高温磷化应用于铁路货车轴承防锈时的最佳工艺参数以及促进剂NiNO3的添加量的最佳控制范围。
The technology of high temperature phosphorated treatment and the forming membrance theory have been analyzed.The influence of phosphorated composition and techanical condition during the course of railway bearings phosphorated have been discussed on experiments basis.The best technique parameters of high temperature manganesian phosphorated treatment and the best controlling range of catalytic promoter NiNO 3 were exhibited.
