摘要
在会话初始化协议的基础上,针对注册和呼叫路由服务器,讨论和比较了基于客户机的域名服务、数据库复制、IP地址接管和服务器池等故障切换方法。此外,综合各自的优缺点,讨论了一种故障切换机制,并将这种机制利用具有开放性的My SQL数据库资源得以实现,同时分析其可用性,得出系统高可用性的关键在于单个服务器的高可靠性。
In the paper it mainly discusses and compares various failover methods against registration and call routing serves based on the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP),in particular, the clients-based failure handoffs in Domain Name Service, database replication, IP address takeover and server pooling, etc. In addition, a failure handoff mechanism is discussed and has been implemented in test-bed using the open source My SQL database, and its availability is analysed as well. A conclusion is educed that the key of high availability of system relies on high availability of single server.
