摘要 为解决冶金轧辊大面积激光涂敷的需要,研制了一套宽带激光自动涂敷系统.它由宽带扫描转镜和自动喷粉机组成,适用激光功率1~10kW,既可用于宽带涂敷,又可直接用于聚焦窄带涂敷;单道一次涂敷宽度10~35mm连续可调,涂敷厚度0.2~8mm可控;送粉量0.5~200g/min连续精密可调,送粉精度<2%.它不仅适用于普通送粉,而且也适用于特殊条件下的微量送粉和大粉量送粉.送粉材料适应性广,不仅用于一般Ni基、Fe基等粉末,而且能用于WC、TiN等硬质合金粉、Cu粉和超细微陶瓷粉,如Al2O3、ZrO2等,粉末粒度16~150μ,送粉利用率高达98%以上.该套系统采用专利结构制成,结构紧凑,外形美观,已用于轧辊的大面积涂敷和激光淬火、汽车凸轮轴激光淬火和熔凝处理、轧辊和曲轴等零件表面补焊等方面. A new laser cladding system for larger area for industrial application has been developed. It consists of a wideband scanning mirror and an automatic powder feeder by the rotating feed wheel with buckettype scoops. It shows that all kinds of laser cladding powders including not only Nibase, Febase, Cobase, but also superfine and lighty powedrs ceramics ZrO2,Al2O3 as well as supe-fine and weighty WC, TiC with spherical and edged grains can be fed. The powder feed rate can be continuously varied from 0.5 to 200 g/min. The measured tolerance limits are less than 2% in all conditions,and the powder feeder has delivering power functions of both wideband of 10~35mm and focussing band. Without the carrier gas,the powder flow depends mainly on gravity, the powder stream at the nozzle is uniform,and the powder utilization factor is over 98%. Some applications to metallurgical industry have successfully been tried.
