摘要
为解决冶金轧辊大面积激光涂敷的需要,研制了一套宽带激光自动涂敷系统.它由宽带扫描转镜和自动喷粉机组成,适用激光功率1~10kW,既可用于宽带涂敷,又可直接用于聚焦窄带涂敷;单道一次涂敷宽度10~35mm连续可调,涂敷厚度0.2~8mm可控;送粉量0.5~200g/min连续精密可调,送粉精度<2%.它不仅适用于普通送粉,而且也适用于特殊条件下的微量送粉和大粉量送粉.送粉材料适应性广,不仅用于一般Ni基、Fe基等粉末,而且能用于WC、TiN等硬质合金粉、Cu粉和超细微陶瓷粉,如Al2O3、ZrO2等,粉末粒度16~150μ,送粉利用率高达98%以上.该套系统采用专利结构制成,结构紧凑,外形美观,已用于轧辊的大面积涂敷和激光淬火、汽车凸轮轴激光淬火和熔凝处理、轧辊和曲轴等零件表面补焊等方面.
A new laser cladding system for larger area for industrial application has been developed. It consists of a wideband scanning mirror and an automatic powder feeder by the rotating feed wheel with buckettype scoops. It shows that all kinds of laser cladding powders including not only Nibase, Febase, Cobase, but also superfine and lighty powedrs ceramics ZrO2,Al2O3 as well as supe-fine and weighty WC, TiC with spherical and edged grains can be fed. The powder feed rate can be continuously varied from 0.5 to 200 g/min. The measured tolerance limits are less than 2% in all conditions,and the powder feeder has delivering power functions of both wideband of 10~35mm and focussing band. Without the carrier gas,the powder flow depends mainly on gravity, the powder stream at the nozzle is uniform,and the powder utilization factor is over 98%. Some applications to metallurgical industry have successfully been tried.
