摘要 研究了热处理工艺对Ni-Cu-P化学镀层性能的影响。试验结果表明,Ni-Cu-P化学镀层具有较好的热稳定性,在300℃以下加热时,其硬度变化并不明显。在加热温度为450℃时镀层具有最高硬度。加热温度的变化使镀层耐蚀性发生明显变化。当加热温度为300℃时镀层耐蚀能力最强。Ni-Cu-P化学镀层本身具有较高耐磨性,经适当的热处理会使其耐磨性得到进一步提高。 The effect of heat treatment on the properties of electroless Ni Cu P plating has been studied The results show that there is a good thermal stability of the electroless Ni Cu P plating.When it is heated below 300℃,its hardness don 竧 vary obviously The plating is of the maximum hardness when the heating temperature is 450℃ The corossion resistance vary obviously with the changing of heating temperature,and the best corossion resistance is obtained when the heating temperature is 300℃ The electroless Ni Cu P plating is of a higher wear resistance which will be developed further when a proper heat treatment has been adopted
