摘要
以某100万t/a精对苯二甲酸(PTA)国产化依托项目中精制干燥机为例,研究了PTA工业装置中回转蒸汽列管式干燥机的工作原理和干燥机理,在综合分析现有工业装置精制干燥机的设计与标定数据、实际物料干燥实验数据的基础上,提出了干燥机直径、长度、总传热系数、停留时间等关键设计参数的计算、选取与优化方法,较为系统地总结了PTA干燥机的工艺设计方法,达到了优化设计方案的目的。优化的设计结果已经被实验数据验证,并将应用于实际工程项目中。
The principium and the mechanism of drying process of rotating steam tube dryer in pure terephthalic acid (PTA)industry were studied by taking example of a domestic-based sample project with production capacity of 1 million t/a PTA. Based on the analysis of the design and operating data of exiting industrial PTA plants, an approach to optimizing the key design parameters of the dryer, such as diameter, length, overall heat transfer coefficient ( OHTC ), resident time, was proposed and a systemic method of process design of PTA dryer was established. The result of the design was optimized and demonstrated by the experiment, and will be applied in the sample projects.
