Analysis of the chemical constituent of petroleum ether extract from Buchbera cruciata Ham.by GC-M

目的:为了研究黑草的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析分离黑草石油醚部位的化学成分,然后用气相色谱-质谱对其进行分析。结果:检出43个组分,鉴定了其中的33个成分。结论:这些成分均为首次从该植物中鉴定出来。

Objective：To study the chemical constituent from Buchbera cruciata Ham.. Methods： Compounds of petroleum ether extract from Buchbeta cruciata Ham. were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and analyzed by GC-MS. Results： 43 compounds were separated and 33 of them were identified. Conclution： The 33 compounds were first identified from the plant.
