摘要
目的:建立罗布麻中痕量元素分析检测方法,分析新疆产罗布麻中痕量元素含量。方法:用微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定罗布麻中元素Cr、Pb、As、Cd、Be、Ni、Mn、Li、Cu、Ag、Tl、U、Zn的含量,比较罗布麻标准对照药材和新疆地产样品中痕量元素含量。结果:方法的RSD值为0.2%～5.8%,回收率在89.3%～108.7%。新疆产罗布麻中Cr、Ni、Pb、Cu含量低于标准品,Mn、Li含量则显著高于标准品。结论:ICP-MS法能够满足罗布麻中痕量元素测定需要。新疆产罗布麻品质好,安全性高。
Objective： To explore a method for determination of trace elements in Apocynum ventum L.. Methods： After Apocynum ventum L.being treated by microwave-assisted sample digestion, thirteen trace elements in the sample and the standard control material were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry （ICP-MS） . Results： RSD of the method are 0.2%-5.8%, and the recovery rate are 89.3%-108.7%. The contents of Mn,Li in the sample are higher and Cr, Ni,Pb and Cu are lower. Conclusion： ICP-MS can be used to determine trace elements of Apocynum ventum L.in which the contents of toxic elements are lower than that of the standard value.
