超声引导下臭氧治疗肩周炎中的价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的:在超声引导下臭氧注射肩周炎超声声像改变部位,并根据病变范围注射位置及剂量,从而达到准确治疗的目的。方法:将100例肩周炎患者随机分为超声定位组和传统治疗组,每组50人;超声定位组在高频超声引导下,将医用臭氧注射肩周炎患者的病变部位或关节囊内,根据病变范围的大小注射不同的剂量,用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行评估及用患者自觉症状及查体结果评价疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月分别对疗效疼痛评分表进行组间比较,均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),超声定位组疗效明显优于传统治疗组;治疗3个月后,超声定位组有效率为92%(46/50),传统治疗组有效率为52%(26/50);超声定位组治疗位点多于对照组。结论:臭氧治疗肩周炎有效,且超声引导优于传统治疗方法,此方法的应用为肩周炎的治疗提供更为有价值的方法。 Objective Ozone in the uhrasound-guided injection of Periarthritis humeroscaputaris Ultrasonographic changes in the site, and in accordance with the scope of lesion location and dose of injection, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate treatment. Methods To 100 cases of Periarthritis humeroseapularis ultrasound were randomly divided into treatment group and traditional group, 50 in each group; ultrasound in high-frequency uhrasound-targeted group under the guidance of medical ozone will be injected in patients with Periarthritis humeroscapularis lesion or joint capsule under the scope of the size of lesions of different doses of injection, using visual analogue score (VAS) for assessment and use in patients with symptoms and check the results of evaluation of body effect. Results Two groups of patients 1 month after treatment, 2 months, 3 months, respectively, on the efficacy of pain score table for inter-group comparison, there are significant differences (P 〈0.05) , efficacy of ultrasound-targeted group was superior to the traditional treatment group; treatment three months later, the ultrasound group was 92% (46/50) , the traditional treatment group response rate was52% (26/50) ; ultrasound treatment sites than the control group.Conclusions Ozone treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis effective, and ultrasound-guided treatment is superior to traditional methods, the application of this method for the treatment of Periarthritis humeroscapularis to provide a more effective method.
