心脏再同步化治疗中心室不同部位起搏对心室复极异质化的影响

心脏再同步化治疗心力衰竭已取得了良好疗效,但是很多植入CRT的患者需植入CRTD才能降低猝死率,心室复极异质化是恶性心律失常造成心源性猝死的原因,因此心室不同部位起搏对于心室复极异质化的影响研究会使众多因经济原因无法承受CRTD的人群受益,本文对此进行综述。

Cardiac resynchronization therapy have made a good effect for heart failure patients. But many patients who will be implanted CRT must be implanted CRTD to reduce sudden death rate. Heterogeneity of ventricular repolafization is the reason of sudden cadiac death due to malinant arrhythmia, so the study of different parts of ventficular pacing for ventricular repolarization heterogeneity is beneficial to those who can not afford CRTD.
