摘要
通过对铸件的浇注系统、夹杂物的来源及金属液体流态进行的分析和氢气泡流体动力学实验,得出过滤器挡渣的主要功能是对浇注系统的液态金属“整流”的结果,并采用相似理论,通过水力模拟实验,利用最小二乘法得到过滤器流动阻力的表达式,进而得到含过滤器浇注系统的设计方法。
Abstract Through analysis of gating system of castings,source of inclusions and flow of liquid metal and experiment of hydrokinetics with hydrogen bubbles.It has been found that the main function of a filter to remove inclusions from the metal stream is caused by “rectification”of liquid metal flow in gating system.Using experiment of hydromodeling,similarity theory and least square method,the equation of flow resistance in the filters was established,thus achieving the design method of gating system with filters.
