过滤器净化金属液机理及含过滤器的浇注系统设计

Mechanism of Cleaning Liquid Metal by Filter and Design of Gating System with Filters

通过对铸件的浇注系统、夹杂物的来源及金属液体流态进行的分析和氢气泡流体动力学实验，得出过滤器挡渣的主要功能是对浇注系统的液态金属“整流”的结果，并采用相似理论，通过水力模拟实验，利用最小二乘法得到过滤器流动阻力的表达式，进而得到含过滤器浇注系统的设计方法。

Abstract Through analysis of gating system of castings,source of inclusions and flow of liquid metal and experiment of hydrokinetics with hydrogen bubbles.It has been found that the main function of a filter to remove inclusions from the metal stream is caused by “rectification”of liquid metal flow in gating system.Using experiment of hydromodeling,similarity theory and least square method,the equation of flow resistance in the filters was established,thus achieving the design method of gating system with filters.
