股骨髁支持钢板治疗股骨髁部骨折46例分析

目的:探讨股骨髁支持钢板治疗股骨髁部骨折的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我院近年来收治的46例股骨髁部骨折患者的临床资料。结果:46例股骨髁部骨折患者,随访时间为3个月～2年5个月,平均15个月。按膝关节功能Merchan评定标准,优14例,良24例,可6例,差2例,优良率为82.61%。结论:股骨髁支持钢板治疗股骨髁部骨折疗效确切,经早期主动进行功能锻炼,不仅可以防止关节内粘连,还可以最大限度地恢复膝关节功能,值得临床推广使用。
