糖尿病合并胆结石的临床分析

Diabetes mellitus and clinical analysis of gallstones

目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)伴胆结石患者与高血脂,高胰岛素代谢等的关系。方法:抽样对比分析。结果:两组患者的病因与高血脂,高胰岛素代谢等有显著关系。讨论:高胰岛素,高血脂等因素是导致2型糖尿病合并胆结石的可能因素。

Objective：Through comparative analysis of type 2 diabetes （T2DM） patients with gallstones and Wuban gallstones, to explore the relationship between dyslipidemia and hyperinsulinemia.Metbods：Sampling analysis.Results：Two sets of patients with high cholesterol and insulin causes significant relationship.Conclusion：High chalesterol and insulin factors such as type with 2 diabetes mellitus is possible factors of gallstones.
