摘要
目的:探讨禁食与进食对胃溃疡伴出血患者胃内PH值的影响。方法:将64例胃溃疡并出血(非大血)患者分为实验组(30例)和对照组(34例),实验组患者给予进食冷流质食物(常温),对照组患者给予常规禁食直至出血停止,分别观察两组在留置胃管后每天胃液PH值的变化情况,采用抽取胃液(8Am、12N、5Pm、9Pm)作测定(试纸测定)并记录。
Objective:To investigate the impact of fasting and eating on the PH value of patients with gastric ulcer and hemorrhage.Methods:64 cases of patients with gastric ulcer and hemorrhage were divided into experimental group (30 cases) and control group (34 cases) , patients of the experimental group were given cold fluid diet (room temperature) , the control group were given conventional fasting until the bleeding stopped, observing the daily changes of their gastric PH value after gastric tube were detained ,collecting gastric juice (8Am, 12N, 5Pm, 9Pm) for the assay (determination of test paper) and recording.
