中药热敷治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察及护理

目的:观察中药热敷治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法:将60例UC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组用柳氮磺吡啶6片溶于100ml生理盐水保留灌肠后给即予中药热敷下腹30分钟。对照组用柳氮磺吡啶6片溶于100ml生理盐水保留灌肠治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率93.3%;对照组总有效率76.6%,结果两组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:中药热敷对UC有较好的治疗作用,操作简单,且无明显的不良反应,值得推广应用。

[Objective] To observe the effect of heat treatment of ulcerative colitis （UC） clinical efficacy. [Methods] 60 patients with UC were randomly divided into treatment group and 30 cases of the control group, treatment group 6 sulfasalazine retention enema dissolved in 100ml of normal saline immediately after the traditional Chinese medicine to lower heat 30 minutes. Control group with 6 sulfasalazine soluble in 100ml normal saline retention enema treatment. [Results] The total effective rate 93.3%; control group, the total effective rate 76.6%, compared the results of the two groups were statistically significant differences （p 〈0.05） . [Conclusion] The heat of the UC Chinese medicine has a good therapeutic effect, simple operation, and no significant adverse reactions, it is applied.
