中医缺乏合适的疗效评价体系,阻碍了中医现代化发展。探讨基于证型的疗效评价的软指标体系和数学模型,通过841例老年科临床病例的证型数字化,测度病机属性间相似性(相关性),确定病机的五脏归属,和通过症状的五脏归属量化五脏受损程度,举例说明了建立五脏疗效评价模型的方法步骤。841例临床病例证型疗效评价分析结果表明,该模型是对中医传统的继承和发展,尤其适于中医智能化辨证论治研究。

Examples to illustrate how to set up a theory based on the five viscera efficacy evaluation. The analysis result of 841 cases of clinical efficacy of pat- tern-based evaluation indicated that this model is and develops to TCM inheritance, especially is suitable for the TCM intellectualization pattern identification research.
