摘要
目的:方便地求解药物动力学中数学模型里的参数。方法:对单室模型血管外给药血药浓度与时间的数学模型做了研究,提出了用matlab的曲线拟合工具箱,以及梯形法计算定积分的函数,通过数据拟合和编制程序求解参数,在参数计算过程中对数据进行了可视化处理。结果:给出了两种直观、简洁计算药物动力学数学模型参数的方式。结论:为药物动力学中药-时模型参数的计算提供了另一途径,该计算方式可拓广到其它模型参数的求解上。
Objective: To find the solutions of parameters of mathematical model in medicines dynamics conveniently. Methods.. After the research on mathematical model of outer vase density of medicine in the blood and time, the author put forward using the curve of mat lab to fit a toolbox and using trapezium method to calculate the function of definite integral. By data matching and program composition the author found the solutions of parameters. The data was processed with videotex during calculating parameters. Results. The author put forward two intuitive and brief methods of calculating parameters of mathematical model in medicines dynamics. Conclusion. The author provided the calculations on parameters of mathematical model in medicines dynamics with another approach. And this calculation method can be extended to solutions of other model parameters.
