血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇直接测定法与Friedewald公式计算法的对比分析

Comparing the Direct Measuring Method with Friedewald Algorithm for Serum Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol

目的:对直接法测定血清中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)与Friedewald公式计算法进行比较,以确定计算法与直接测定法的相关性。方法:通过测定220例甘油三酯(TG)74.52mmol/L的体检人群的高密脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。同时计算出Friedewald公式法的结果。结果:直接一步法测定法与Friedewald公式计算法相比,计算法比测定法结果略低,但两者具有良好的相关性,与文献相符。结论:Friedewald公式计算法的结果在TG≤4.52mmol/L时结果同样是可靠的(P>0.05)。

Objective： This paper focuses on the relativity between direct measuring method and Friedewald algorithm by comparing the test result from direct measuring method with Friedewald algorithm. Method： Testing 220 triglycerides（TG）44. 52mmol/L physical examinationherd high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） and computing them with Friedewald algorithm. Results： The value form Friedewald algorithm is less than direct measuring method, and they are close correlative, and the calculating value is consentaneous with theory value. Conclusion： Friedewald algorithm is reliant when TG≤4. 52mmol/L.
