超声检查在甲状腺结节诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨超声检查在甲状腺良、恶性结节的诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用。方法:应用常规超声和CDFI技术对111例甲状腺结节患者进行检查与分析,总结其二维和彩色血流特征。结果:100例良性结节、11例恶性结节(甲状腺癌)具有不同的内部结构特征。恶性结节内部血流丰富,以Ⅳ级为主,而良性结节无明显血流信号,或仅见周围血流信号,且多为Ⅰ、Ⅱ级。恶性结节内部动脉血流的收缩期峰值流速(Vmax)、阻力指数(RI)均高于良性结节,两者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:二维及多普勒超声在甲状腺结节的诊断及鉴别诊断中具有一定的特异性,可为临床诊断提供较多有价值的依据。
