摘要
本文应用流变学理论和自制的测试仪器,定量研究了EPS模的流变性能,建立了不同密度EPS的应力应变本构方程,为控制EPS模变形、保证实型铸造件的质量提供了科学依据和力学参数。
Abstract Based on rheologic theory and its research method,a quantitative investigation has been carried out into the properties of the EPS pattern by using device made by oneself,thus establishing the stressstrain constitutive equation of EPS with different density,which provides a scientific basis and mechanical parameters for controling the deformation of EPS pattern and guarantee the quality of castings.
