摘要
试验结果表明,对于含Cr量006%~030%的可锻铸铁,可以加入02%~025%的BZⅢ型变质剂来较好地解决石墨化退火困难的问题,且其力学性能明显改善(达到KT3006的指标)。
Abstract It is difficult for malleable cast iron above 0 06% chromium to accomplish graphitizing annealing,especially highsulphur iron melted in the cupola in our country.Our trials showed that additions of 0 2%~0 25% inoculant to malleable cast iron with chromium contents of 0 06%~0 30% can improve ascast carbide morphology and reduce the time of graphitizing annealing.
