摘要
通过测温试验和数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了真空吸铸条件下具有特定结构特征的铝合金试验铸件的充型和凝固过程基本规律,所获得的数据与分析结果为在大型薄壁复杂结构的铝合金铸件生产中应用真空吸铸工艺提供了有价值的依据。
Using the method of temperature measurement in combination with numerical simulation the basic principle of molding filling and solidification for certain experimental aluminum casting has been studied. The results obtained and analyzed provide valuable basis for large complicated aluminum casting with thin walled section under vacuum suction casting process.
