摘要
研究了粉液比和搅拌时间对ZrO2(CaO)粉锆溶胶涂料流变性能的影响。结果表明,这类涂料具有塑性和触变性,并且粉液比对涂料流变性能影响显著;浆料搅拌时间超过2h后,流变性能基本不再受搅拌时间的影响。
The effects of S/L and slurry stirring time on rheological properties of the coating slurries formulated with ZrO2(CaO) powder and colloidal zirconia sol have been studied. Experimental results show that the slurries have plasticity and thixotropy. And S/L has dominant effect on the slurries' rheological properties which are no longer affected by stirring time with an excess over 2 h.
