钛合金熔模精铸锆溶胶涂料流变性能的研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究了粉液比和搅拌时间对ZrO2(CaO)粉锆溶胶涂料流变性能的影响。结果表明,这类涂料具有塑性和触变性,并且粉液比对涂料流变性能影响显著;浆料搅拌时间超过2h后,流变性能基本不再受搅拌时间的影响。 The effects of S/L and slurry stirring time on rheological properties of the coating slurries formulated with ZrO2(CaO) powder and colloidal zirconia sol have been studied. Experimental results show that the slurries have plasticity and thixotropy. And S/L has dominant effect on the slurries' rheological properties which are no longer affected by stirring time with an excess over 2 h.
