摘要
介绍了采用刚-粘塑性有限元技术模拟板料气压成形过程,提出在数值模拟预测成形过程的基础上优化设计压力载荷的方法,利用此法求出的P-t曲线可供生产实际采用。文末还给出了模拟圆盘件经正反吹成形过程的实例。
In this paper, rigid visco_plastic FEM is applied to model the forming processes of sheets by pneumatic pressure. A method for optimizing pressure load is suggested by means of numerical simulation and prediction of forming process. This method can be used to calculate the pressure_time curve for practice. At the end of this paper, an example is introduced to simulate the process for up_down bulging of a disk.
