中西医结合治疗小儿水痘的研究

Study of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on children chickenpox

目的探讨中医分型论治结合盐酸伐昔洛韦分散片与单纯盐酸伐昔洛韦分散片治疗小儿水痘的疗效差异,探索小儿水痘最佳治疗方案。方法采用随机对照的方法。试验对象随机分为结合组和对照组,结合组44例,根据症候不同分别予银翘散(风热轻证)和清瘟败毒饮加减(热毒炽盛证),并常规予盐酸伐昔洛韦分散片;对照组42例仅予盐酸伐昔洛韦分散片。结果结合组痊愈率为80%,对照组为48%;结合组总有效率明显优于对照组(z=-3.013、P=0.003)。结论中医分型论治结合盐酸伐昔洛韦分散片治疗小儿水痘起效快、控制症状全面。

Objective It is to approach the different effects between syndrome differentiation combined with valaeiclovir hydrochloride dispersible tablet and valaciclovir hydrochloride dispersible tablet only on children ehiekenpox, and to explore the best treatment of children chickenpox. Methods Randomized controlled method was used. Subjects were randomly divided into combination group and control group. Accordancing to the different symptoms, 44 cases of combined group were treated with Yinqiaosan or Qingwenbaiduyin respectively and valaciclovir hydrochloride dispersible tablet. 42 cases of the control group were treated with valaciclovir hydrochloride dispersible tablet only. Results The cure rate was 80 % in combination group and that was 48% in control group. The total effective rate of combination group was superior to the control group （z = -3. 013, P = 0. 003）. Conclusion Syndrome differentiation combined with valacielovir hydrochloride dispersible tablet on children chickenpox is a comprehensive treatment which has fast acquiring effect time and all round controlling symptom.
