P/M Rene'95合金盘件等温锻造过程中模具受力的模拟分析

Numerical analysis of the force distribution applied on the die in isothermal forging process for P/M Rene'95 alloy disk

采用大变形刚粘塑性有限元法模拟Ｐ／ＭＲｅｎｅ＇９５合金盘件等温锻造过程，给出了载荷—位移曲线和不同变形时刻模具表面的应力分布，指出工艺中可采取的一些有效措施。

Abstract In the paper,the force distribution which is applied on the die in isothermal forging process for P/M Rene'95 alloy disk is analysed by using large deformation rigid viscoplastic finite element method.Some effective ways are proposed to reduce the magnitude of force applied on the die and load of the press.
