渗金属锯条的离子碳氮共渗

摘要 在等离子体中渗入一定厚度W-Mo合金,再离子碳氮共渗,真空加压气淬、回火制成的20Cr钢坯机锯条,与整体高碳钢、高速钢锯条相比,具有生产工艺简单,成本低的优点。这是一种先进热处理技术,将具有广泛的应用前景。 The machine saw blade made of 20Cr steel were firstly treated with plasma diffusing to form a given thickness of W-Mo alloying layer and then plasma carbonitrided, vacuum pressure gas quenched and tempered,comparing with high carbon steel or high speed steel saw blades,thls klnd of saw blades have the advantages of simplified production and reduced cost. This is an advanced heat treatment technology and will be applied widely.
