摘要
以汽车为中心的工程机械用中空长尺钢管和溜冰场冷冻设备用传热配管为主体的长尺配管应用领域,前者从降低车体重量,连续化自动化生产降低成本观点积极使用电焊长尺钢管;后者为提高施工效率削减焊接接头数量而降低成本,试图使用超长尺钢管。新日本制铁公司光制铁所根据用户这种要求,把电焊钢管经过连续热减径轧制,采用线材生产工艺卷取技术开发出ERW热减径盘卷状钢管“PIC”(PipeinCoil)。独创产品PIC钢管已经有商品出售,并建立起电焊钢管焊接区性能健全技术,热减径卷取技术和长尺管材质量保证技术,同时还建立起连续伸管和矫直技术,内面涂覆技术等二次加工技术。采取上述措施已经成功生产和销售具有冷加工性能、耐腐蚀性能。
For the field of automobile industry which is the center of mechanism, in order to reduce the weight of the automobile body and cost, in the successive and automatic productive process, long welded pipes are used. For the field of heat transfer pipes which are used in skating rink cryostat, in order to improve efficiency and then reduce cost, the number of joints is cut down and then the superlong welded pipes are attempted to use. According to the users' requisition, New Japan Manufacture Co. makes the welded pipes roll successively , adopts wire rod coil technique, and then develops the ERW hot reducing diameter pipe in Coil 'PIC'. The creative products PIC are already sold . The techniques which can ensure welding area properties of welded pipes, the hot reducing diameter coil techniques, the techniques which can ensure the long pipe quality, the successively conveying and straightening pipe techniques , and the internal surface coating techniques are developed. When these methods are adopted, the PIC products which have cold-work property, corrosion resistance property, construction property and good economic benefits are produced and sold successfully.
