摘要
目前,已经发现了4种厌氧氨氧化菌属:Candidatus"Brocadia"(Candidatus"Brocadia fulgida",anaerobicammonium-oxidizing planctomycete和Candidatus"Brocadia anammoxida"),Candidatus"Kuenenia"(Candidatus"Kuenenia stuttgarti"),Candidatus"Scalindua"(Candidatus"Scalindua wagneri",Candidatus"Scalindua brodae"和Candidatus"Scalindua sorokinii")和异养厌氧氨氧化菌属(Candidatus"Anammoxoglobus propionicus"、anaerobicammonium-oxidizing planctomycete Cquenviron-1和Candidatus"Jettenia asiatica").采用分子生物学方法测定厌氧氨氧化菌包括:PCR扩增(DGGE,末端标记限制性片段长度多态性(TRFLP)和定量PCR)、FISH、FISH-MAR和ISR-FISH等方法.结合传统方法和分子生物学方法对各种系统中的厌氧氨氧化菌进行测定,这对于全面认识厌氧氨氧化菌的性质、开发新的废水脱氮技术都具有重要意义.
Four Anammox bacteria genera 'Candidatus"Brocadia"( Candidatus"Brocadia fulgida", anaerobic ammonium-oxidizing planctomycete and Candidatus "Brocadia anammoxida "), Candidatus " Kuenenia " ( Candidatus" Kuenenia stuttgarti ") , Candidatus" Scalindua " ( Candidatus" Scalindua wagneri", Candidatus" Scalindua brodae" and Candidatus"Scalindua sgrokinii") and heterotrophic Anammox bacteria genera(Candidatus"Anammoxoglobus propionicus" , anaerobic ammonium-oxidizing planctomycete Cquenviron-1 and Candidatus"Jettenia asiatica ") '. Anammox bacteria were determined by molecular biology method which included PCR-based methods such as denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis, terminal restriction fragment length polymorphisms, and quantitative PCR; FISH ; FISH-MAR; ISR-FISH and so on. Combination of molecular biology and traditional methods is necessary to allow a comprehensive study of Anammox bacteria. It had magnitude significance for understanding the character of Anammox bacteria and exploiting the new biological nitrogen removal technique.
