板蓝根多糖对中华鳖肾脏抗氧化性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究了腹腔注射IRPS对中华鳖肾脏抗氧化性的影响.实验共分4组,每天注射1.5 mg/只、3 mg/只、6mg/只组和注射生理盐水对照组,连续注射3 d.结果表明:在实验剂量范围内,与对照组相比,IRPS对中华鳖肾脏SOD酶活性影响不显著,但能显著提高GSH-PX酶活性.1.5 mg/只组的IRPS对中华鳖肾脏CAT酶活性影响不显著,3 mg/只、6 mg/只注射组却能显著提高CAT酶活性;1.5 mg/只、3 mg/只注射组IRPS对中华鳖肾脏MDA含量影响不显著,但6 mg/只剂量组却能显著降低中华鳖肾脏MDA的含量. Soft-shelled turtles (Trionyx sinensis) were divided into 4 groups and intraperitoneally injected with IRPS (indigowoad root polysaccharide) at 0, 1.5, 3.0 and 6 mg/turtle daily for 3 successive days to study the effects of IRPS on the antioxidation in the kidney. Compared with the control, IRPS injection treatments (1.5, 3.0 and 6 mg/turtle) had no significant effect on SOD activity but significantly increased GSH-PX in the kidney. The effect of IRPS on CAT activity was not significant in treatment group 1. 5 mg/turtle but it significantly enhanced CAT activity in the treatment groups 3mg and 6mg per turtle. IRPS at 1.5mg/turtle and 3mg/turtle had no significant effect on MDA content, while the treatment of 6 mg/ turtle significantly decreased MDA content.
