摘要 对GCr15钢冷拔轧螺纹钢丝轧辊采用适当的粗化及尽量球化退化组织中的碳化物粒子,由此增加淬火组织中板条马氏体量与未溶碳化物的体积分数,从而提高钢的韧性,防止了轧辊在淬火及使用时的开裂。 Carbide particles in the annealing structure of GCr15 steel roller for cold drawing and rolling screw steel wire have been suitably coarsened and spheroidized as many as possibleThe results show that the content of low carbon martensite and volume fraction of undissolved carbides in the hardened structure have been increased and the toughness of steel has been improvedHence cracking phenomenon of the roller in hardening and using has been eliminated
