对ＧＣｒ１５钢冷拔轧螺纹钢丝轧辊采用适当的粗化及尽量球化退化组织中的碳化物粒子，由此增加淬火组织中板条马氏体量与未溶碳化物的体积分数，从而提高钢的韧性，防止了轧辊在淬火及使用时的开裂。
