详细介绍了端羟基聚丁二烯环氧化改性的新方法。比较了过氧甲酸原位法、过氧乙酸原位法、单过氧邻苯二甲酸原位法等几种方法的优缺点。相对于其他过氧酸原位法,过氧甲酸原位法具有工艺简单、自催化和成本低等优点,但开环几率较高,通过优化并严格控制反应条件后可得到有效改善。
New methods for epoxidation modification of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene are reviewed in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of the performic acid in-situ method, peracetic acid in-situ method, monoperphthalic acid in-situ method, etc. are compared. Compared to other peracid in-situ method, performic acid in-situ method possesses the advantages of simple process, selfcatalysis and low cost, but higher ring-opening probability. The disadvantage can be improved by optimizing and strictly controlling reaction conditions.
