摘要
采用正交实验法对过氧化脲的制备进行了研究,得到最佳工艺条件:过氧化氢与尿素的物质的量比为1.2,反应温度为25℃,反应时间为30min;稳定剂用量为尿素质量的0.2%。同时对多种稳定剂进行考察,认为水杨酸、STA3和STA5适宜作合成过氧化脲的稳定剂。
Study on the preparation of urea peroxide through orthogonal design experimental method was carried out. The optimum preparing conditions were obtained as follows: molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to urea 1.2; reaction temperature 25℃; reaction time 30rain; mass ratio of stabilizer to urea 0.2%. It is considered that salicylic acid, STA3 and STA5 are suitable for using as the optimum stabilizers ofpreparating urea peroxide through investigating many stabilizers.
