摘要
为进一步提高钢丝在各种恶劣环境下的耐腐蚀性能,延长其使用寿命,研究了钢丝电镀锌镍合金工艺和性能。结果表明:镀层中镍含量在12%~15%之间时,其镀层钢丝的耐蚀性最好,为锌镀层的3~6倍,镀层经钝化处理后,耐蚀性更好;经反复弯曲、缠绕试验镀层无起皮剥落现象,表明镀层与基体结合牢固,镀层表面结晶细致,银白光亮,可成为镀锌钢丝的又一替代品。建议在钢丝连续电镀生产线上做进一步的中试研究工作,在制品行业推广应用。
In order to further improve corrosionresisting property of steel wire in every adverse circumstances and prolong its use life,the technology and plating property of ZnNi alloy electroplating for steel wire have been studiedResults show that when Ni content in plating is 12%~15%,the corrosionresisting property of plated steel wire is the best,which is 3~6 times as that of Zn platingThe property will be much better if the plating is passivatedThe plating has no peeling phenomenon in winding and binding test,which indicates that the plating combined with basal body firmlyThe surface crystallization of plating is careful and brightThis kind of steel wire can become a new substitute of galvanized steel wireIt is advised that further middletest research of this kind of electroplating technology in continuous electroplating production line of steel wire can be done continuously so as to spread and apply to steel wire products industry
