摘要
介绍了在现有PET薄膜(4.6μm以上)技术的基础上如何确立超薄型PET薄膜(2.5～3.5μm)的工艺参数和技术要求。论述了原料的改进,干燥水分的控制,挤出工艺的改进,静电吸附工艺和热收缩率的控制。
How to establish the process parameters and technological requirements of ultra-thin PET film（2.5 - 3.5 pan）based on the existing PET film（ 〉4.6 μm）technique were mainly introduced. Also the improvement of extrusion process, the control of electrostatic adsorption process and heat shrinkage rate were discussed.
