摘要
生产架空输电导线中钢芯铝绞线的难点之一是导电率指标不易达到,随着含稀土铝导线的应用,为达到这一指标开辟了一条新的、有效的途径。研究了冷拉变形对稀土铝导线和纯铝导线导电率的影响,发现冷加工变形对稀土铝导线的导电率影响甚微,测得的稀土铝导线的导电率比纯铝导线的导电率高(IACS)0.69%。其原因为基体经过稀土净化处理,减少了硅、铁等杂质对铝导体电阻的有害影响,其次冷变形时的温升使加工硬化得到一定回复。
It was studied that cold drawing effect on conductivity of aluminium wire with rare earth(RE) used for overhead transmission line. The results showed that the effect of cold drawing on the conductivity of aluminium wire with RE is slight, and the conductivity increases (IACS)0.69% than that of aluminium wire without RE. It is attributed that RE can reduce Si solid solubility in aluminium, and recovery of aluminium wire with RE occures in drawing process.
