摘要
对内螺旋翅片铜管的充液旋压成形加工进行了系统研究,着重分析了充液旋压过程中形成动压油膜的条件和特点,并建立了数学模型。实验结果表明:随着旋速和润滑油粘度的提高,流体动压润滑作用逐渐明显,被加工管的拉拔力减小,且加工后管外表面粗糙度值减小。
