城市空间环境与犯罪防控的关系——基于上海部分社区的实证研究

The Relation Between the Urban Space Environment and the Crime Control and Prevention——based on theoretical and empirical study

"平安城市"建设不应局限于公安部门,而应向规划、交通、环境等相关领域拓展;并应积极寻求多部门、多领域的协同合作,整合利用各种资源,运用系统的、综合的方法解决城市化进程中的平安问题。运用理论分析和实证研究的方法,借助环境设计预防犯罪(CPTED)的分析工具,对城市空间环境与犯罪防控的关系进行探讨,提出了建议。

Safe City Construction should be expanded to such fields as planning, traffic and environment, rather than be constricted into Public Security Sector. Systematic and comprehensive methods should be used to pursue the cooperation among sectors and fields and to intergrate various resources for the solution to the safeguard in the process of urbanization. With theoretical analysis and empirical study, the relation between the urban space environment and the crime control and prevention is studied with the analysis tool of CPTED, and moreover, some suggestions are put forward.
