摘要
大型居住区开发周期长,不可预测性大,以市场为目标的策划思想越发重要。策划重在选择合理的发展目标和发展思路以供决策。规划重在确定发展目标、布局和政策措施以供控制。在充分进行市场研究的基础上,将策划思想注入到规划设计中,才能避免规划设计与现实使用对接中发生的矛盾,使大型居住区的综合效益最大化。以天津经纬城市绿洲项目为例,探讨了现代策划思想在大型居住区规划中的应用。
Large-scale residential having a feature of long development cycle, unpredictability, so market-oriented thinking of consulting is more important. Based on the market research, injecting the thinking of consulting into the planning and design can avoid of the conflict of the planning and the use, maximizing the overall efficiency. With the case of Tianjin King Wai city oasis residential, this paper explores the thinking of modern consulting into Large-scale residential project.
