铝及铝合金正反向挤压力比较

COMPARISON BETWEEN DIRECT AND INDIRECT EXTRUSION FORCE OF ALUMINIUM AND ALUMINIUM ALLOY

摘要 依据压力表测量值计算出正向挤压力与反向挤压力的大小,再根据正、反向挤压的特点,利用皮尔林公式计算同等条件下的反向挤压力和正向挤压力。计算表明,相同条件下反向挤压力比正向挤压力节省36%~45%,其具体数值随锭坯的长度不同而异,并分析了产生这种情况的原因。 The forces of direct and indirect extrusion were calculated with the values measured by pressure gauge, then according to the characters of direct and indirect extrusion, the forces were calculated using Пилринт equation. The result proves that the force needed in indirect extrusion is about 36%~45% less than that in direct extrusion. The exact value changes with the difference of ingot length. The cause for creating this phenomenon was also discussed.
