直肠腔内超声对直肠肿瘤的诊断价值

Diagnosis of Rectal Tumors with Endorectal Ultrasonography

目的探讨经直肠腔内超声对直肠肿瘤的诊断价值。方法以直肠肿块收住入院的30例患者行直肠腔内超声检查,并与术后病理结果相对照。结果30例患者中腔内超声对恶性肿瘤的诊断符合率为91%(20/22),对良性肿瘤的诊断符合率为63%(5/8),总的诊断符合率为83%(25/30)。结论直肠腔内超声对直肠肿瘤良、恶性诊断有一定价值,且为直肠肿瘤的诊断提供了一种直接、简便、安全的方法。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of transrectal ultrasonography for rectal tumors. Methods Thirty patients inhospital with rectal tumors were examined by transrectal ultrasonography and the results were compared with pathological analysis. Results Among the thirty cases, diagnostic accuracy rate of malignant tumors by transrectal ultrasonography was 91% （20/22）,while benign diagnostic accuracy rate was 63% （5/8）. The overall diagnosis rate of 83% （25/30）. Conclusion Transrectal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant neoplasms have a certain value provides a direct,simple and safe manner.
