摘要
素质教育不仅要把人类已有的知识、经验、道德规范传递给下一代,还要特别重视自我修养能力、创造能力和应用能力的培养。未来的竞争是创新思想的竞争,未来人才应具有创造精神。因此,教师要培养学生强烈的创造欲望,组织学生的创造行为,鼓励学生去发现问题,找出解决问题的方法和途径。创造精神是创造力发展的灵魂和动力,培养学生创造精神应从培养创造意识、激发创造热情、磨砺创造意志、优化创造品格、开展创造活动等五个方面进行。
Quality-oriented education requires that the existing knowledge, experience and ethics be passed on to the next generation and it emphasizes the cultivation of the ability to self-cultivation, the ability of creation and the ability of application. As future competition is a competition of innovation, future talents should possess the vigor of creativity. Therefore, teachers should stimulate the students' strong desire to create, organize their creative activities and encourage them to discover problems and find approaches and means for their solution. Creative spirit is the soul and the driving force of the development of creativity. To train the students' creative spirit is to train the creative sense, stimulate creative enthusiasm, harden creative conscious- ness, optimize the creative characters and carry out creative activities.
