摘要 随着经济社会不断发展,社会价值的多样化和大学生个性化对高校思想政治教育工作提出新的课题,融入和注重人文关怀和心理疏导将是今后高校思想政治教育工作的思路创新。文中从全面认识人文关怀和心理疏导的真义入手,在指出高校思想政治教育工作融入人文关怀和心理疏导有深远意义的基础上,分析了当前高校思想政治教育中人文关怀和心理疏导缺失,进而提出了融入和注重人文关怀和心理疏导,实现高校思想政治教育工作的思路创新。 With the unceasing development of economy and society, a new task has been placed before the ideological and political education in universities, for the reason of social value's diversification and student's personalization. As a result, we should integrate and pay great attention to humanities concern and psychological unblocking, which should be the next thought innovation of university ideological and political education. Based on a discussion of the essence of humanities concern and psychological unblocking, this paper points out the profound significance of integrating the humanities concern and psychological unblocking and analyzes the deficiency in humanities concern and the psychological unblocking. Then, it proposes some suggestions on integrating humanities concern and psychological unblocking, for the purpose of realizing a thought innovation in the ideological and political education work in universities and colleges.
